Senior Software Engineer – Developer Platform & Infrastructure

A fast-growing robotics company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Developer Platform & Infrastructure to join Team Factory, the team responsible for building the internal infrastructure and tooling that enables engineers to develop, validate, and ship autonomous systems. This is a hands‑on role focused on creating the engineering environment that allows a growing organization to move quickly without compromising quality, reliability, or scalability.

Successful candidates will build and maintain the internal platforms, automation, and developer tooling that engineering teams rely on every day. You will improve developer experience by creating faster feedback loops, smoother workflows, and sensible engineering defaults, while working closely with engineers to identify and remove technical friction.

You will develop services and automation primarily in Python, integrating with technologies such as Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Docker, and modern infrastructure tooling. You will help ensure the engineering platform remains reliable, maintainable, and scalable as the organization and development tempo grow.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Python or another modern programming language

• CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
