Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer D&W to lead planning for Drilling & Well activities and to support daily offshore operations. You will transfer experience and report on wells, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to select methods and assess risks.

Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a technical field and relevant offshore certifications where applicable. Norwegian language proficiency is expected for this role.

• Master's or bachelor's degree within relevant technical disciplines.
• Good communication skills in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Provide the key planning for execution of Drilling & Well activities.
• Support and follow-up of ongoing daily operations.
• Perform experience transfer and well reporting.
• Work in teams with other disciplines, perform method selection, risk assessment, evaluate and recommend equipment.
