IKM Stavanger invites an experienced Drilling & Well Planner to join our offshore team in Stavanger, Norway. You will lead the planning for drilling and well activities, coordinate with operations, and ensure safe, efficient execution under demanding conditions.

You will perform experience transfer and well reporting, collaborate with multiple disciplines to select methods, assess risks, and evaluate required equipment.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree in relevant technical disciplines.
• Proven experience in planning and design work related to planned operations.
• Experience with drilling & well activities planning and execution support, as well as experience transfer and well reporting.
• Valid Offshore Safety Course and/or Valid IWCF is beneficial (required for some roles).
• A structured approach regarding planning, coordinating, and executing activities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with a performance-driven and commercial mindset.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills with a lean mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide the key planning for execution of Drilling & Well activities.
• Support and follow-up of ongoing daily operations.
• Perform experience transfer and well reporting.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to select methods and assess risks.
• Evaluate and recommend required equipment.
• Offshore traveling on request
