Job summary

CTS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team delivering hyperscale Data Centre projects in Pegasus/Kristiansand, Norway. This site-based role reports to the Planning Manager and focuses on developing and maintaining project programmes, ensuring milestones are met and client expectations are achieved.

You will collaborate with project management, commercial, engineering and construction teams, using Primavera P6 and MS Project to deliver progress updates, schedule recovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5–10 years' experience in project planning within construction/industrial/mission-critical environments.
• Experience on large-scale Data Centre projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

• Develop, manage and maintain project programmes throughout the full lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and support resource planning.
• Provide accurate reporting and milestone management to drive decisions.

Senior Planner (Data Centres)

CTS Group is currently recruiting experienced Senior Planners to join our growing team delivering large-scale hyperscale Data Centre projects in Pegasus/Kristiansand, Norway.

The Role

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will play a key role in developing, managing and maintaining project programmes throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against key milestones and client expectations.

This is a site-based role where you will work closely with project management, commercial, engineering and construction teams to monitor progress, identify programme risks, support resource planning and provide accurate reporting that drives informed decision‑making across the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 5–10 years' experience in project planning within construction, industrial or mission-critical environments
• Previous experience on large-scale Data Centre projects would be a distinct advantage
• Strong knowledge of project planning methodologies, construction sequencing and critical path analysisExperience developing, monitoring and updating detailed project programmes throughout all phases of delivery
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience producing progress reports, programme updates and schedule recovery plans
• Strong understanding of resource planning, earned value principles and project controls
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client representatives
• Fluent English essential
• Willingness to work on a site-based project in Fyresdal, Norway
