Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security.
• Experience leading engagements or owning complex technical workstreams.
• Expertise across AD, cloud, web apps, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTP, CRTE, CARTP, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication with English-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver advanced penetration testing, red team and purple team engagements.
• Assess Active Directory, cloud, applications and infrastructure defensively.
• Identify attack paths, verify findings and produce actionable reports.
• Present findings to technical teams and management.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to methodological improvements.
