EY Cyber invites experienced penetration testers and red teamers to join a growing Offensive Security practice across the Nordics. You will work on sophisticated attack simulations, deep technical assessments and adversary emulation for major organisations.

As a Senior Penetration Tester / Red Teamer, you will lead engagements, evaluate AD, cloud, apps and infrastructure, and deliver clear, actionable reports.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing and red teaming.
• Experience leading engagements or owning complex technical workstreams.
• Practical expertise across AD, cloud, apps and infrastructure security.

Responsabilités

• Lead advanced penetration testing, red team and purple team engagements.
• Assess AD, cloud, applications and infrastructure security.
• Simulate attack paths and validate vulnerabilities.
• Develop clear, actionable client reports and recommendations.
• Present findings to technical teams and management.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Contribute to methodologies, tooling and capabilities.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and strengthen the team.
