Job summary

EY Cyber is strengthening its offensive security practice across the Nordics, seeking a senior pentester or red team lead who will drive engagements, build the team, and shape service growth. You will lead realistic attack simulations against complex environments for top organisations, while collaborating with EY’s global experts and delivering high-quality client outcomes.

The role blends hands-on testing with leadership, enabling commercial responsibility and strategic development of services

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading advanced red team or penetration testing engagements in complex environments.
• Certifications OSCP, OSEP, OSCE/OSCE3, CRTP, CRTE or equivalent.
• Expertise in Active Directory, cloud, applications, and modern attack techniques.
• Experience with adversary emulation, MITRE ATT&CK, and purple teaming.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead red team and penetration testing engagements with quality and client delivery.
• Hold commercial and business development responsibility for offensive services in the Nordics.
• Develop the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Own pentest and red team services and advance methodology, standards.
• Drive AI and automation in delivery to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Build visibility for offensive security in the Nordic market via events and talks.
• Present findings to clients from technical teams to executives.
• Maintain hands-on delivery to keep technical edge while leading and growing practice.
