Job summary

DNV Group is seeking ambitious Senior Industrial Penetration Testers to join the Technical Assessments Norway team. You will perform penetration tests across IT and OT environments, including live operations, ICS/SCADA systems, and red team exercises.

The role involves extensive travel to client sites in Norway and abroad, with on-site engagements at critical infrastructure facilities. You will contribute to technical advisories, remediation support, and high-quality reporting, collaborating

Qualifications

• Proven IT/OT penetration testing experience.
• Experience with red team engagements and adversary simulations.
• Strong OT/ICS security assessment skills across critical infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration tests of IT and OT environments, including live ops.
• Test networks, applications, infrastructure, and ICS components.
• Perform OT/ICS security assessments in critical environments.
• Lead on-site assessments at client locations in Norway and internationally.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within DNV’s cyber security organization.
• Work on technically exciting OT pen testing engagements involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial networks.
