Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our offshore/onshore SAS projects. The role involves creating and revising documentation and drawings, and producing work packages for installation and FEL studies.

You will ensure compliance, support vendor discussions, and manage automation material orders for offshore deployments. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Cybernetics with 7–12 years of SAS experience, including offshore

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation/Cybernetics.
7–12 years' SAS systems experience in modification projects.
Offshore operation experience and understanding of P&IDs.

Responsibilities

Produce new documentation and drawings for SAS, including C&E, SCD, loop diagrams and IS loop calculations.
Revise existing documentation and drawings.
Create work packages for installation and FEL studies.
Produce deliverables for SAS documentation.
Discipline check and approval of project documents and drawings.
Order automation materials for offshore installations and liaise with clients and vendors.
