Job summary
OKX is seeking a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team, owning client-side architecture for growth initiatives that scale to millions of users. You will lead mobile attribution design, anti-fraud integration, and ROI evaluation while applying AI-assisted development to build robust engineering workflows.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
- Deep familiarity with mobile growth, referral, and virality mechanics
- Proven ability to translate attribution data into decisions using anti-fraud and ROI insights
- Proficient in AI-assisted development and building repeatable AI workflows
- Strong data instincts; build funnels and instrument impactful metrics
- Clear, proposal-driven communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience across APAC, EEA, or US markets is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the client-side architecture for core growth flows: new user acquisition, referrals, and rewards
- Evolve the mobile attribution system across MMP integrations and ROI evaluation scenarios
- Build and optimize growth infrastructure, funnels, and experiment frameworks
- Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to align goals with engineering work
- Drive technical decisions for growth infrastructure with evidence-based trade-offs
- Apply AI coding tools to create repeatable personal AI development workflows
- Mentor engineers and promote a solutions-driven culture
