Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineering Leader to shape the strategy and execution of our mobile platform across iOS and Android. You will guide a global team, ship high‑quality features for wallet and DeFi experiences, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to meet ambitious product goals.

You will champion secure, scalable, and performant mobile applications while driving AI‑assisted engineering practices and mentoring a diverse group of engineers and managers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with mobile leadership
• Strong track record building high-performing mobile teams
• Expertise across iOS/Android and cross-platform frameworks
• Experience mentoring managers and engineers, fostering excellence

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the mobile engineering strategy, roadmap, and execution for Web3 products
• Lead and scale a global team of mobile engineers, promoting ownership and technical excellence
• Oversee architecture for secure, scalable mobile apps serving millions of users
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Blockchain, and Infrastructure leaders to translate priorities into mobile solutions
• Establish standards, processes, and best practices for reliable software delivery and platform reliability
• Adopt emerging Web3 technologies and align with industry trends to stay competitive
• Lead architectural governance balancing innovation, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Champion mobile security, performance optimization, and regulatory compliance
• Represent mobile engineering in executive discussions, hiring, and external engagements
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and bridge across stacks
