Columbus is seeking a Senior Medius Business Consultant to help customers transform finance processes using Medius AP Automation. You will own engagements, lead implementations, and advise on best practices across ERP integrations and AP automation.

The role spans Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and hybrid setups, with travel to customer sites as needed. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in finance transformation or ERP implementations, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English plus one Nordic

• 5+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Finance Transformation, AP Automation, or ERP implementations.
• Experience implementing Medius or similar AP automation solutions.
• Knowledge of M3 and/or D365 is an advantage.
• Experience integrating AP automation with ERP platforms (MS Dynamics 365, SAP, Infor M3, or Business Central).
• Fluent in English; fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
• Valid driver’s license required for travel to customers.

About this role

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers transform and optimize their finance processes through Medius AP Automation. Combining your understanding of finance, business processes, and technology, you will work closely with customers to design and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. You will take ownership of customer engagements, lead implementations, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

As part of our EIM team, you will collaborate with skilled colleagues in a culture built on trust, knowledge sharing, and freedom with responsibility. Together, we help customers drive digital transformation and create more efficient finance processes. With a structured onboarding plan and exciting projects already in the pipeline, you will have the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Advising customers on how to optimize and automate their Accounts Payable and finance processes.
• Leading workshops and translating business requirements into scalable and value-driven solutions.
• Being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from solution design and planning to implementing Medius as an add-on to Infor M3 or Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Configuring and delivering Medius solutions in close collaboration with customers and cross-functional project teams.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, challenging existing processes and driving best-practice adoption across finance and AP automation initiatives.
• Supporting solution testing, training, and go-live activities to ensure successful adoption and long-term value.

• A deep understanding of Accounts Payable, finance processes, and business process optimization.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to understand business challenges and turn them into practical, value-driven solutions.
• Practical experience delivering implementations, from solution design and configuration to testing and go-live.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across customers, project teams, and technical specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and configuring Medius or similar Accounts Payable Automation solutions.
• 5+ years of experience within Business Consulting, Finance Transformation, AP Automation, or ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of M3 and/or D365 is considered an advantage.
• Experience integrating AP Automation solutions with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Infor M3 or Business Central.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Fluent in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
• A valid driver’s license is required for this position (for transportation to customers)
