As part of our team, you’ll work with smart, passionate colleagues who bring their whole selves to work every day. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative environment where everyone is welcome and everyone’s opinion matters. Whether you're shaping the future of online retail, tackling complex logistical problems, or making everyday life better for our customers, your work will have a real impact. Read on to find out what part you could play in our story.

Our world-class logistics and tech solutions allow us to reduce food waste, save time and money, and ease the mental and physical load for people who want more space for life.

Lastly we are entering the space of becoming a logistics systems provider to serve other online grocery players meaning we are commercializing our hardware blueprint, our proprietary smart software and our ways of working into Oda systems - our new brand and business area!

We’re looking for a Senior Logistics Engineer to join Oda!

As our new Senior Logistics Engineer, you will take ownership of core physical process flows, optimize layout solutions, and lead physical installation projects from concept to commissioning. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our technical and physical solutions optimize unit economics, maximize throughput, and eliminate waste across our operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Process Ownership & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve physical process flows, layout solutions, process dependencies, and supporting systems to maximize throughput and operational efficiency.
  • Lead Installation Projects: Drive and manage physical installation projects for equipment, hardware, and infrastructure from initial concept through to commissioning.
  • Cost Control & Insights: Analyze cost drivers within the process flow and ensure all technical and physical solutions directly optimize unit economics and bottom-line results.
  • Lean Application: Apply Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, enhance safety, and foster a continuous improvement culture.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with on-site operational teams to ensure drawings and technical designs function seamlessly in daily operations and execute smooth handovers.
  • Flexibility: Step up and contribute to responsibilities beyond the core job description when the team or business needs it.
To thrive in this role,

You are analytical and strategic with a sharp eye for cost drivers and unit economics. You excel at switching abstraction levels effortlessly, combining a precise attention to detail with the strategic bird’s-eye view. As a highly structured project manager, you have the drive to push process improvements and complex physical implementations forward.

You are communicative and highly collaborative, capable of building strong bridges between on-site operations, software developers, designers, data analysts, and product managers. Above all, you are self-driven, confident in taking full ownership of entire processes, and act in alignment with our shared behaviors and values.

What you’ll need to succeed

Education: Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or an equivalent relevant field.

Operational Experience: 5–10 years of hands‑on experience within Lean manufacturing, industrial production, or logistics environments.

Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading complex, physical installation projects from concept to completion (delivered on time and within budget).

Technical Competence: A solid understanding of modern software development methodologies.

Business Acumen: Strong financial and operational understanding of cost drivers and how process design impacts the bottom line.

Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.

What would be nice to have
  • Experience scaling logistics or fulfillment center infrastructure in rapid-growth environments.
  • You value innovation and enjoy working in an AI-integrated environment where we constantly iterate on what’s possible.
What we offer
  • A chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving company with a product people love-while shaking up the grocery industry.
  • Teammates who aim high and have each other’s backs. We care about people, and that means supporting each other every step of the way.
  • A flat structure where we team up across disciplines to solve exciting challenges. Big ideas come from everywhere!
  • A transparent way of working. We use Slack to stay in the loop-less email, fewer meetings, more getting things done.
  • A buzzing office at Tøyen, with lunch made by amazing chefs.
  • A collaborative approach-we tackle exciting tech and product challenges together, across different fields.
