About the Role
At Strawberry, we’re on a quest to redefine the hospitality experience through innovation & technology. In 2023 we launched our new mother brand, Strawberry, and we are transforming from a traditional hotel company to become a universe of offers and experiences for our guests and customers. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Integration Developer to help ensure that data flows smoothly between all our systems, applications, databases and services.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business priorities, ensuring speed, clarity, and quality in every delivery.
- Design, develop and maintain robust APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Evaluate and improve existing integration patterns.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issues that impact performance or quality, keeping the integration platform secure, efficient, and dependable.
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across all integrations.
- Build and optimise cloud‑native services and serverless architectures in AWS.
- Apply AI and automation to enhance quality, streamline operations, and enable smarter technical decisions.

- Expertise in designing and developing scalable solutions and integrations at conceptual, logical and physical levels.

- Experience with Java‑based middleware technology (preferably MuleSoft but other technologies acceptable).
- Great knowledge of API specification languages (RAML or OpenAPI), REST, SOAP, and connectivity protocols.
- Experience with version control (GIT).
- Experience with interfaces such as HTTP, FTP, SOAP, etc.
- Knowledge of cloud providers such as AWS.
- Experience orchestrating the full system development life cycle, ensuring high‑velocity delivery through rigorous standards and proactive observability.
- Hands‑on experience with agile development methodologies in cross‑functional teams.
