Job summary

Synthesia, the AI video platform, seeks a Senior Engineering Leader to drive high-impact projects focused on growth. You will break initiatives into stages with clear trade-offs between speed, experimentation, and long-term scalability, and partner with product and data to maximize outcomes.

You’ll scale the Agents Platform team, ensure reliability, low latency, and strong collaboration with R&D and the wider Product org.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering high-impact, user-facing projects.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments with clear business metrics.
Experience scaling teams and aligning them to product and revenue goals.
Proven track record tracking performance and improving team output.
Excellent cross-functional communication with product, data, and design.
Background building scalable SaaS products; growth/experimentation experience is a plus.
