Job summary

Zühlke Engineering AG is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and operate backend services using Kotlin/Java, and contribute to frontend using React and TypeScript. You will participate in AI-augmented engineering initiatives, collaborate with product, design and delivery teams, and help shape scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will design, implement and deploy APIs, drive automated testing, and improve build and deployment pipelines, while maintaining focus on reliability,

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Kotlin or modern Java (Java 17+).
• Backend development of APIs and services.
• Experience with React/TypeScript frontend is a plus.
• Strong focus on test automation and reliability.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and production support.
