Job summary

Xcelirate is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to own end-to-end web app development. You will work across backend PHP and frontend JavaScript, shipping robust features, refactoring legacy code, and driving performance.

The role spans the full lifecycle from ideation to deployment in a dynamic, international team. Ideal candidates have extensive PHP and JS experience, strong grasp of scalable architectures, and hands-on cloud, testing, and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of web application development experience.
• Deep understanding of scalable web architectures: monolithic, microservices, or hybrid.
• Knowledge of agile development tools, techniques, and principles.
• Strong expertise in PHP development, debugging, and algorithm/software design.
• Experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in every phase of the software lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality results and maintainable solutions.
• Build new features and improve existing ones across our platforms.
• Refactor and enhance applications to keep them performant, scalable, and maintainable.
• Write tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
• Participate in deep technical discussions and help shape our applications and infrastructure.
