Job summary

Euronext Securities seeks a Digital Transformation & User Experience Tech Lead to guide the Backoffice GUI across Oslo or Porto, with travel to other locations. You’ll drive frontend strategy, mentor teams, and ensure high coding standards in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities include architecture, API design, and secure-by-design practices, while balancing legacy upgrades with new platform initiatives and AI tooling adoption.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software engineering with leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on React and Node.js and API design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Security-aware development and use of AI coding tools.
• Ability to lead frontend strategy and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend direction and architecture for Backoffice GUI.
• Define frontend strategy including design systems and information architecture.
• Own BFF and API design, ensuring clear, consistent REST API contracts.
• Coordinate with backend/API teams on data contracts and boundaries.
• Oversee build, release, and deployment pipelines from commit to production.
• Mentor engineers across teams and balance legacy with new platform evolution.
