Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Oslo to lead complex finance transformation programs for CFOs, growing client relationships and the practice in Norway. You will guide engagements from strategy through implementation, and shape operating models, governance and AI-enabled finance solutions with senior stakeholders.
The role requires a Master’s in finance-related field and at least 8 years in management consulting or finance transformation, with fluency in Norwegian and English.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in management consulting or finance transformation.
- Broad finance transformation capability across GBS, ERP and FP&A design.
Responsibilities
- Engagement leadership: lead finance transformation engagements from strategy to value realization.
- Senior client advisory: advise CFOs and finance leaders on priorities and changes.
- Finance design: shape operating models, governance and service delivery for ERP and analytics.
- Technology, data and AI: align finance data and AI to business outcomes.
- Delivery quality: own scope, budget, risks and dependencies.
