Vår Energi is seeking experienced Quality & Risk Professionals to strengthen our organisation and support continuous improvement across our operational business areas such as Drilling & Wells, Operations and Project Development.

You will join a team of quality and risk professionals working across operational and project activities. You will apply quality and risk management in a practical way, helping stakeholders identify risks, improve how we work and support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant oil and gas or complex industry experience.
• Experience in auditing and other verification, including quality control / inspection.
• Experience from leading tasks or people.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to grow, learn and be creative.
