Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for Switchgear Products (Low-Medium Voltage, Switchboard, Shore Connections, Distribution and Protection systems, etc)
• Design and development
• Technical documentation
• Engineering
• Selection of 3rd party suppliers
• Technical support during bid phase
• Delivery of switchgear products, newbuilding and retrofit
• Class Approval and Product Certification
• Technical support for project team
• Commissioning Support

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Experience from Switchboard engineering
• Experience of working within the marine industry
• Knowledge of Maritime power systems

Good knowledge of English language

• Able to work independently and within international teams
• Able to learn on-the-go and utilize knowledge in effective and tidy ways
• Able to work and solve tasks in hectic work environments
