Job summary

Cegal EnergyX is seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead selected customer projects, coordinate delivery across internal teams, and build strong relationships with energy industry clients. You will monitor budgets and performance, ensuring commitments align with scope and commercial expectations.

You will also manage risks, drive timely resolutions, and contribute to growth while collaborating across professional boundaries in a flexible, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, customer management or service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of the energy or oil and gas industry.
• Commercial awareness and experience following up contracts and purchase orders.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Training budget and dedicated time for learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected customer projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate activities, resources, dependencies and priorities across project teams.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance and delivery risks.
• Monitor and follow up on project budgets, costs, revenue and forecasts, ensuring budget compliance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and maintain clear, structured communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer deliveries, including Managed Services activities where relevant.
• Follow up contracts, master agreements, purchase orders and other commercial aspects of delivery.
• Manage operational escalations and drive issues through to resolution.
• Depending on team needs, take on people-management responsibilities such as resource coordination, employee follow-up and growth dialogues.
