Job summary

Cegal Group AS in Stavanger is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead EnergyX service deliveries, coordinating across internal teams and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You will manage delivery within scope, timelines and commercial expectations, identify risks early and resolve challenges, with experience in hydrocarbon accounting and energy data solutions valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, customer management or service delivery, including coordinating resources, risks and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience following up contracts and purchase orders.
• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Additional experience: familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar methodologies; experience using project management tools for planning, resource allocation, progress tracking and budget follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected customer projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate activities, resources, dependencies and priorities across project teams.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance and delivery risks.
• Monitor and follow up on project budgets, costs, revenue and financial forecasts, ensuring budget compliance and proactively addressing deviations.
• Build trusted customer relationships and maintain clear, structured communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer deliveries, including Managed Services activities where relevant.
• Follow up contracts, master agreements, purchase orders and other commercial aspects of delivery.
• Manage operational escalations and drive issues through to resolution.
• Depending on team needs, take on people-management responsibilities such as resource coordination, employee follow-up and growth dialogues.
