Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Trondheim is seeking an experienced electronics engineer to lead hands-on hardware work across PCB design, EMC, and system integration. This role offers real ownership and impact on products deployed worldwide.

You will design high-reliability PCBs using Altium or KiCad, apply EMC/EMI principles, and work with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes. Mentoring others and supporting operations teams are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years electronics engineering experience in industrial settings.
• Expert-level PCB design using Altium, KiCad or similar.
• Hands-on EMC/EMI design, testing and troubleshooting (CE/FCC a plus).
• Experience with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and EMC chambers.
• Familiarity with IEC 60945 and general EMC standards.
• Track record of taking hardware from concept through to certified, manufactured product.
• Comfortable wearing many hats—supporting operations, procurement and manufacturing.
• Willing to mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development from concept to manufacturing release.
• Apply EMC/EMI design principles and ensure compliance.
• Perform PCB design, schematic capture, and layout.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with operations and sourcing.
