Job summary

AutoStore AS is hiring a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead electronics development for Workstations and Ports, including motor drive design and integration with AutoStore hardware.

You will work in New Product Development, driving cross-functional collaboration, documenting plans, and guiding engineers through the full product lifecycle from prototyping to mass production. Location options include Vindafjord (Nedre Vats) or Oslo (Lysaker). Relocation to Norway is welcome from Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electronics engineering experience across analog, digital, and power electronics.
• Hands-on PCB development lifecycle experience.
• Experience with EMC, DFM/DFT, and high-volume production.
• Familiarity with motor drive design and BLDC control.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of electronics development for Workstations and Ports, including motor drive design and integration with other hardware.
• Coordinate electronics activities within the cross-functional New Product Development team, creating plans and delivering technical milestones.
• Design and validate electronics solutions, considering interaction with the broader AutoStore product portfolio and system architecture.
• Maintain technical documentation, project plans, and milestones to keep priorities clear.
• Contribute throughout the full product lifecycle from prototyping to mass production and compliance.
