Job summary

RiseTech in Norway is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer with strong FPGA, digital, analog, and mixed-signal design experience.

You will contribute to the development of robust hardware, validate designs in the lab, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure manufacturability and high reliability.

The role requires hands-on validation skills and the ability to translate system requirements into manufacturable hardware in a fast-paced development environment.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong FPGA, mixed-signal, and hardware design fundamentals required.
• Hands-on validation and ability to translate requirements into manufacturable hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize digital architectures on FPGAs with emphasis on reliability.
• Design analog front-ends and ensure robust interaction with digital subsystems.
• Perform SPICE/mixed-signal simulations for design validation.
• Lead hardware validation using oscilloscopes, spectrum and power analyzers.
• Collaborate with R&D, process and equipment teams to transfer designs to production.
