Job summary

Sensori Group, a Sisk company, seeks an experienced Senior EHS Advisor to own project-level EHS performance across construction, commissioning and maintenance. You will translate policy into site controls, lead incident investigations, manage contractor EHS, and ensure statutory and client requirements are met.

You will travel to project sites, coordinate training records, and maintain ISO45001/ISO14001 compliance while driving a proactive safety culture on multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of site-based EHS experience on construction/MEP projects; data centre/pharma/power sectors are advantages.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent; lead auditor qualifications (ISO45001/ISO14001) desirable.
• Proven experience leading root-cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project EHS plans, RAMS and PSCS to standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits; document findings and drive corrective actions.
• Lead risk assessments and safety reviews; ensure proper controls are implemented.
• Review permits to work, LOTO, and safe switching docs for LV/MV/HV where applicable.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near misses; produce reports and actions.
• Ensure subcontractor RAMS compliance and enforce EHS expectations on site.
• Coordinate EHS training records; deliver toolbox talks and inductions.
• Maintain ISO45001/ISO14001 compliance and align with regulations.
• Implement waste reduction and environmental improvements where possible.
• Prepare monthly EHS reports and KPI pack for SMT; report trends and risks.
