Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of AI-enabled products within the Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) portfolio. You will work across product, commercial, and technical teams to translate priorities into successful offerings that deliver measurable client impact.

Qualifications

8-10 years of product management experience, including strategy and commercialization of enterprise software or AI-enabled products.
Proven track record turning concepts into roadmaps and scaled products.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled product development and agile methods.
Experience influencing senior executives across business, commercial, and technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle for priority AI-enabled CXT products.
Translate business strategy into clear product priorities, MVPs, launches, and long-term roadmaps.
Collaborate with GSL and cross-functional teams to define requirements and scalable solutions.
Drive product discovery with partners, cases, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Develop business cases, product narratives, demos, and commercialization plans.
Define and monitor product success metrics: adoption, usage, and client impact.
Lead ongoing improvements through user feedback, market trends, and AI advances.
Foster disciplined product management across the CXT portfolio and integration into offerings.
