Dovre Solutions AS seeks a Senior D&W Engineer for Stavanger, Norway. Location: Stavanger. Duration: 01.10.2026 until 31.03.2027. Two positions.

We require an M.Sc. degree (experience can compensate) and solid P&A experience, with a sound understanding of D&W planning and operations. The role involves high‑level well planning, collaboration with partners and vendors, and delivering industry‑standard wells.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree required; experience can compensate.
• Experience with Plugging & Abandonment projects.
• Strong understanding of D&W planning and operations.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform well planning and engineering work with a focus on Plugging/Abandonment.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to deliver top industry standard wells.
• Capture learnings and improvement suggestions through the well delivery process.
• Participate in multi-discipline well delivery collaboration.
