Job summary

MDE Norway is seeking a professional for well planning and engineering with a focus on Plugging and Abandonment in Stavanger, Norway. You will perform planning work and contribute to the whole well delivery process, ensuring high technical standards and safe operations.

You will collaborate across disciplines, work with partners and vendors to deliver industry‑leading wells, capture learnings, and drive continuous improvement through the projects.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. degree, relevant experience can compensate for education.
• Experience with P&A work.
• Sound technical understanding of D&W planning and operations.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform well planning & engineering work with a focus on Plugging/Abandonment.
• Capture learnings and improvement suggestions through the whole well delivery process and help us continuously improve.
• Participate in our multi-discipline well delivery collaboration.
• Collaborate with partners & vendors to deliver top industry standard wells.
