Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time role for a Senior Customer Success Manager located in either Oslo or Copenhagen. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in customer success, project management, and enterprise account management
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities, oversee complex projects, and deliver on time.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive strategic outcomes
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Experience with SaaS platforms and data-driven decision-making
Fluency in Norwegian and English
Bonus points for a deep understanding of retail operations
