The EMEA Commercial team is now seeking a dynamic individual to join our Oslo team as a Senior Client Success Manager (CSM) responsible for fostering lasting client relationships and being a trusted advisor to our subscribers and users. You will collaborate with various Account Managers on a portfolio of customers to ensure each relationship is growing and developing in alignment with our business strategy and goals.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in customer success, account management and/or business analysis, ideally within the energy sector (oil, gas, renewables, carbon markets, energy transition). The candidate should be passionate and motivated to deliver value through customer engagement, onboarding, training, and building strategic relationships. The role performance will be measured across metrics on client retention, user advocacy, Net Promoter Score, client expansion and the proactive contribution in building our Client Success best practices and protocols.
Tasks include working directly with users and key stakeholders to build and increase product adoption, uncover the need for new services, and strengthen partnerships across organizations. You will get the opportunity to execute product-driven and segment-focused client retention and growth strategies, as well ashelping clients realize the full value of Rystad Energy’s solutions to support them succeed on their business outcomes. You will also work closely with internal cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, market research and training specialists to drive engagement and expansion across your client remit.
