Senior BI Consultant

As our Senior BI Consultant, you will:

• Contribute in BI strategy sessions and consult with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive BI solutions that align with client goals and deliver real, measurable results.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization, creating compelling reports and dashboards that drive decision-making.
• Be part of a team and contribute to fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI technologies, applying best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, OAC, OAS, OBIEE, Grafana) and data modeling techniques, ideally with relevant certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, ideally as a consultant.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organization skills, with a proven track record of supporting successful deliveries.
• MSc in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or other related field.
• Fully fluent in Norwegian (minimum B2) and English.
