Mazemap in Trondheim, Norway, is seeking an senior IC to scale our backend systems powering indoor mapping. You will work directly on building the product and shaping our navigation engines, using Python (AsyncIO, microservices) with Java and C++ exposure.

You should have 8+ years as an IC, strong math and graph algorithm background, and fluency in English for cross-border collaboration with teams in Norway, India, and beyond.

Competenze

• 8 years or more as an IC building scalable backends.
• Deep Python expertise (AsyncIO, performance tuning, microservices) with Java and C++ exposure.
• Active user of AI development tools and AI/ML inside products.
• Proven track record with spatial data, graph algorithms, or complex computation.
