Yinson Production in Oslo seeks a Principal Asset Performance Engineer to drive analytics-based improvement across eight offshore units. You will assess health indicators, maintenance trends, and production data to identify anomalies and optimization opportunities, aligning with remote operations and digitalization goals.

Join a dedicated Asset Lifecycle Management team in Oslo, reporting to the Manager of Operations Analytics.

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
10+ years in asset performance, reliability, or maintenance support in complex industrial settings.
Experience with offshore production facilities and rotating equipment.
Proven troubleshooting, RCA, and lifecycle management skills.
Experience applying digital tech for reliability and remote operations.

Responsabilités

Provide technical support to Operations, Business Development, Projects.
Develop predictive, condition-based, and risk-based maintenance programs.
Leverage analytics, CMS, and digital twins to deliver measurable value.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, emissions reductions, and energy performance.
Support remote monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimization capabilities.
Ensure safety, reliability, operability, and barrier management.
Promote lifecycle best practices across the fleet.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operability and maintainability.
