Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 24 accounting hours.
• 4 years of accounting/auditing experience, including 1 year in supervision.
• Verifiable part-time/volunteer experience pro-rated toward full-time requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance of general books and ledgers in accordance with classifications.
• Participates in preparation of financial reports, statements and annual reports.
• Assists audits with external parties and prepares audit response.
• Supervises accounting staff and reviews clerical work in account keeping.
• Oversees standardized accounting procedures installation and maintenance.
• Oversees voucher processing and assists in budget preparation.
• May supervise billing systems operation and interacts with department heads on budget needs.
