We are a global accounting firm based in the city of Os looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial and accounting activities of our clients You will work closely with our clients to analyze financial data prepare reports and provide advice on financial decisions You will also be responsible for supervising and training junior accountants

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements budgets and other financial reports for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze financial data to identify trends or issues and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles regulations and company policies
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission
• Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial decisions
• Train and supervise junior accountants in their daily tasks
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records
• Stay updated on changes in accounting laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Masters degree preferred
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an accountant preferably in a senior role
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles regulations and standards
• Experience with tax preparation software is preferred
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in using accounting software eg Quickbooks

Salary $1000 per month negotiable based on experience
