Ride On Bike AS is hiring two experienced bicycle mechanics for the Canyon Service & Test Center near Oslo, Norway. Full-time temporary positions run from 1 April to 30 September 2027. Bring your passion for cycling and expertise in repairs to our international team.

We value knowledge of Shimano, SRAM, and electronic shifting, plus experience with digital workshop tools. Applicants must have the right to work in Norway and enjoy a collaborative workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in bicycle servicing and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of modern bicycle components, including Shimano, SRAM and electronic shifting systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems independently.
• Experience using digital workshop and diagnostic tools.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Reliable, organised and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional bicycle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electronic issues.
• Service hydraulic brakes, drivetrains and electronic shifting systems.
• Assemble, inspect and prepare road, gravel, mountain and electric bicycles.
• Use digital diagnostic tools and workshop systems.
• Carry out safety inspections and quality checks.
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Help maintain an organised and efficient workshop.
