Job summary

ABC Therapy is a key provider of educational and therapeutic services focused on building skills for life. We deliver dynamic, school-based occupational therapy across educational settings, helping children build essential life skills and reach their full potential in a fun, supportive environment.

This role offers meaningful, rewarding work with flexible scheduling options, including part-time, full-time, or PRN arrangements, and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Valid state OT license and NBCOT certification.
• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Clear background check.
• School or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and challenges in the school setting.
• Provide direct and/or consultative therapy services to school-aged students.
• Supervise therapy assistants and collaborate with teachers, parents, admins, and related providers.
• Participate in ETR and IEP meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation per school, state, and federal guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support academic and functional progress.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Recommend assistive technology and classroom accommodations.

Type: PRN, Part-time, or Full-time!

Schedule: In-person, Monday-Friday approximately 8:00AM-4:30PM (school hours dependent on district)

Location: Positions Open Across Medina, Summit, Cuyahoga Counties - Unique float position with flexible scheduling options!

Compensation: $39-$48 per hour based on experience

• Provide direct and/or consultative therapy services to school-aged students
• Supervise therapy assistants and collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Participate in Evaluation Team Report (ETR) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans focused on helping students succeed academically and functionally
• Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed to ensure measurable outcomes
• Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, classroom accommodations, etc as applicable
• Perform other job duties as assigned
