Job summary

SAS Cargo Group A/S is seeking a Head of Ground Rostering to lead the Rostering team across ARN, CPH and OSL, aligning long-term plans with short-term delivery. You will ensure the right people with the right skills are scheduled, and you will collaborate with Resource Management, Operations, and People & Culture to drive operational excellence.

You will manage six analysts across Norway, Denmark and Sweden, oversee forecasts, performance metrics, and coaching, and ensure compliance with labour

Qualifications

• Strategic and operational thinking essential for linking long-term plans with daily Rostering.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to coach analysts across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with unions and interpreting labour regulations.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English; working knowledge of a Scandinavian language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead rostering process for ground operations.
• Oversee qualification forecasts for ground operations.
• Manage, develop and coach analysts across ARN, CPH and OSL.
• Ensure cross-team alignment within planning and with Ground Operations stakeholders.
• Monitor planning performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with labour agreements, regulatory requirements and company policies.
