Sales Director – Seafood/FMCG (Export & Domestic)
Isfjord is scaling on the back of strong demand, expanding customer portfolios and new market opportunities, delivering approximately 20% year-on-year growth. We are hiring a Sales Director to set and drive the commercial agenda across grocery and HoReCa. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy: you will help shape the next phase of our growth and your own day-to-day. You combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution—leading your team, owning key accounts, opening new markets and, together with the leadership group, making the decisions that set our direction.
You’ll own the commercial plan – assortment, pricing, promotions – and make sure it’s executed with discipline. You will lead, coach and performance-manage the sales team, hiring and developing talent where needed. You will deepen and expand key accounts, negotiate annual terms, listings and volumes, and win new business with retailers, distributors and foodservice partners. You will keep a tight, data-driven grip on pipeline, forecasting and S&OP inputs, partnering closely with supply and operations. Externally, you’ll represent Isfjord in customer meetings, tenders and industry arenas—building relationships and strengthening our market position.
