Henry Community Health is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to assess patients, administer treatments, and monitor progress on-site. The role includes cross-training in Ambulatory Care, OR, or PACU and participation in call rotations.

The ideal candidate holds RN licensure from an accredited program and has a solid nursing background with clinical experience, including surgical nursing preferred. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pathophysiology and nursing process.
• Familiarity with pharmacology and nursing interventions.
• Experience with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Preference for prior surgery nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient status and implements nursing care.
• Administers prescribed medications following procedures.
• Observes patients, notes conditions, notifies supervisors or physicians.
• Monitors vital signs and tracks patient progress.
• Cross-trained to assist in Ambulatory Care, OR, or PACU.
• Participates in call rotation.
