Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse II for ambulatory care in the Family and Internal Medicine team at the MaineHealth Medical Health Center. You will work with providers, nurses, and support staff to care for patients across all life stages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination.

Available hours are Monday–Thursday 7:30am–6:00pm and Friday 7:30am–4:30pm. RN experience is required; licensure and BLS within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current RN license; BLS certification required or within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: One year of RN experience; automatic advancement from RN I after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ambulatory care to patients and families through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Support physicians/advanced practice providers in delivering care in an outpatient setting.
• Coordinate care and educate patients across all life stages to meet health goals.
