A logistics and technology company in Oslo is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their expansion in Norway. This role requires building partnerships with major retailers and e-commerce players while managing complex B2B sales. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in B2B sales, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in Norwegian and English. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead Instabee’s expansion in Norway and build long-term partnerships with the country’s leading retailers and e-commerce players. This is not just a sales role – it’s about shaping our entry into the Norwegian market, convincing major partners to join us, and selling the core value of what Instabee brings to businesses, consumers, and urban logistics.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager Norway, you’ll be at the forefront of complex B2B sales where success depends on both commercial craftsmanship and the ability to analyse merchant challenges, structure solutions, and influence senior decision makers across large organizations.

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle with large Norwegian accounts – from outreach and analysis to closing and onboarding.
Analyse underlying customer challenges and translate them into tailored solutions that deliver measurable long-term value.
Build strong business cases that quantify financial, operational, and customer benefits.
Identify and engage multiple stakeholders within enterprise accounts, guiding complex decision-making processes.
Drive outreach through your network and industry insight, positioning Instabee as the partner of choice in a competitive market.
Collaborate with Nordic colleagues across operations, product, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery.
Provide clear forecasts and structured pipeline insights, giving leadership visibility on market development.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales within logistics, technology, e-commerce, or management consulting.
Proven track record of closing complex, service-based deals and managing long sales cycles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – you can break down complexity and design solutions that win customer trust.
A consultative, structured approach combined with hands-on sales craftsmanship.
Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across large organizations.
An entrepreneurial and creative mindset.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
University degree in business, economics, or a related field.
