Your Role and Impact:

Ready to play a key role in driving technical sales success across EMEA? We’re looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to support our fast-growing direct and partner-led sales motion. You’ll work closely with prospects, customers, and partners to deliver technical expertise, accelerate deal cycles, and ensure our mobile app security solutions shine at every stage. With rising demand and exciting opportunities across the region, this is your chance to make a real impact and help scale Promon’s presence in one of our most important markets.

  • Lead technical discovery & solution mapping by engaging customers, tailoring demos, and translating needs into value-driven outcomes.
  • Drive sales opportunities forward through expert support in evaluations, RFPs, threat assessments, and technical qualification.
  • Empower partners & sales teams with technical enablement, competitive insights, and strategic field feedback.
  • Be a trusted advisor by delivering compelling storytelling, aligning tech with business impact, and sharing knowledge across teams.

Highly Relevant Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience in a Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or customer-facing role in B2B software or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile platforms (Android and/or iOS): architecture, sandboxing, and development stacks.
  • Familiarity with mobile threat landscapes and relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP MASVS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc).
  • Ability to lead technical discovery, PoCs, and tailored demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Burp Suite, Frida, IDA Pro, or similar.
  • Ability to communicate technical value in business terms, especially around risk, ROI, and compliance.
  • Skilled at building trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple deals, demos, PoCs, and internal requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
