Ennismore’s The Hoxton, Oslo is opening and seeks a Director of Sales to lead revenue generation across all segments, guiding the sales team from recruitment to performance and building strong partnerships with brand, operations and marketing.

You will drive local market strategies, negotiate key accounts, and collaborate with regional and global teams to maximise market share while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualificações

• 8+ years’ experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the Oslo market.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Proven track record in hotel sales and revenue growth.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive revenue across all segments, monitoring results and adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
• Lead the sales team from recruitment through to development, fostering a high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with Ennismore regional and brand leads for sales, revenue and brand, and with the wider Accor global sales team.
• Provide local market knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with hotel operations, brand, revenue, digital, graphics & PR to share insights and drive top-line revenue and guest experiences.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, lead rate negotiations and account management to maximise market share.
