The Hoxton in Oslo is seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue generation across all segments, reporting to the General Manager and Director of Revenue. You will manage the sales team, build relationships with Ennismore and Accor global sales, and drive top-line revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior sales role, preferably in Oslo market.
• Passion for hospitality and hotel sales.
• Strong leadership and ability to inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to source, drive and grow revenue across all segments.
• Lead the sales team from recruitment to development; foster a high-performing environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with Ennismore regional/brand leads and Accor global sales teams.
• Provide local market knowledge to stay ahead of competition.
• Collaborate with hotel operations, brand, revenue, digital, graphics & PR to drive top-line revenue and guest experiences.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, lead rate negotiations, and maximize market share.
