To support this growth, we are expanding our commercial team with key hires in sales. We’re looking for driven, hands-on professionals who know how to close deals, build relationships, and move the needle.

Sales Director

As part of Wirescan’s commercial team, you’ll take charge of sales across assigned markets, geographies, and strategic accounts. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and knows how to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of customers in energy, utilities, and infrastructure
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities—across Norway and international markets
  • Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, technical demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to deliver value to customers
  • Track market trends and competitors to fine-tune positioning and strategy
  • Support go-to-market activities, campaigns, and new product launches

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in technical products or services
  • Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and deal-making skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to navigate technical sales discussions
  • Self-motivated, structured, and comfortable with ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20–30%)
