We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Svalbard. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining store appearance. This position is suitable for men who are looking to gain experience in sales and have the opportunity to live in Svalbard.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offer assistance with their shopping needs
• Promote and sell products by providing product knowledge, recommendations, and upselling techniques
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and keeping the store clean
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.

Working Conditions:
