Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Work as a Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) for AFP and misc. safety equipment with the following tasks:

Technical responsible for the following Safety procurement packages:

  • Deluge skid
  • Water mist
  • Hydrants and hoses
  • Portable equipment
  • Safety showers, first aid kits etc.
  • Prepare and issue technical requisition and datasheet for IDC, Inquiry and PO
  • Perform technical evaluation of the received bids
  • Prepare and perform bid clarification meetings (BCM) and kick off meetings
  • Responsible for ensuring that the work is performed according to relevant instructions/procedures and in accordance with the contract
  • Responsible to follow project schedules

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Work Experience:

  • Min. 5 years working experience with the work tasks listed above in Greenfield or Brownfield offshore Detail engineering projects
  • Working experience from Norwegian Sector
  • Detail knowledge of Equinor requirements (TR2237) is preferable

  • Ability to work independently and thoroughly as well as ability to work in a team
